As a busy hot yoga studio in Vancouver, we offer shower towel rentals to our students as a premium service. When it came time to source a new shower towel supplier, we contacted many different vendors in the lower mainland – and even some in the US and further abroad.
We learned of Towels Direct through a fortuitous meeting with Derek, and were thrilled to discover that they are a locally owned Vancouver business. Derek was most accommodating with our hectic schedules, and visited our location to meet and show us samples, explaining everything about the towels from their composition to how they would feel after washing.
After making our selection and placing an order, we received our towels promptly – and Derek even followed up to see what we thought of them! We certainly hadn’t received this kind of service with any of our previous vendors. The towels themselves perform just as Derek assured us they would: they are soft, wash really well, and our students noticed and appreciated the difference right away.
