SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Towels Direct proudly serves all of Canada and the Continental, Lower 48 United States with wholesale towels, bed linens, hotel bedding, and table linens.
Many of our products are larger and bulkier (hotel towels, duvets & blankets, bedding, and pillows – for example) and do cost more to ship than other products in other industries. Many of our orders with larger hotel operations are palletized and sent off with private shippers and couriers.
Our Wholesale Web Store offers free shipping for most of our products with a minimum order of $300.00. This helps many small business owners just looking for bulk gym towels, bleach proof salon towels, and many of our Airbnb and Vacation Rental Owner clients looking for hotel quality towels and bed sheets for their operation. For these types of customers – many of their orders will qualify for free shipping with our common couriers.
We ship to all major Canadian and US cities and towns, with some very rural areas excluded from free shipping. Wherever free shipping is excluded for our customers, we always work to find a way to help and extend the best shipping rates possible using our North American shippers, (USPS, Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc).
Ground shipping is included for all wholesale orders over $300 (before taxes). For orders not meeting the $300 minimum to qualify for free shipping, a $20 flat rate (USD or CAD) shipping charge will apply. We do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible, but please allow 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed for it to leave our warehouse.

Unless otherwise arranged by contacting our team, all orders will be shipped by ground service, and the courier may vary depending on your location. Canadian ground shipping times range from 1-5 business days for most locations, with additional days for more remote locations.
For our US towel and linen orders, shipping times range from 2-10 business days. We ship out of Vancouver, Canada so shipping to Seattle or Los Angeles will usually be a faster delivery than any order for Dallas, or the East Coast with Toronto, New York or Miami placed orders.

Fall 2024 / beginning 2025 – We will be shipping some of our wholesale towels and bed linens, out of our new Houston Texas facility and we very much look forward to seeing this further expedite shipping lead times for our awesome selection of wholesale towels, bed linens, bedding, and table linens.

Best Practices as a Customer for receiving orders:
Your signature for a shipment verifies that your delivery was accepted in good condition. Each time you receive any order, it is good practice to:
1. Check that the correct number of packages have been delivered
2. Inspect all packages to ensure they are free from damage.
3. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign it.
4. Sign the delivery receipt “subject to inspection” if the driver will not wait for you to inspect the parcel.
5. Claims must be reported to Towels Direct via phone or email within 3 business days from receipt of goods.
