Shipping & Delivery

Ground shipping is included for all wholesale orders over $300 (before taxes). For orders not meeting the $300 minimum to qualify for free shipping, a $20 flat rate shipping charge will apply. We do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible, but please allow 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed for it to leave our warehouse. 

 

***Shipping time applies to all standard, in-stock items. For custom orders and back-ordered items, we will be in touch with you by email to clarify your shipping date. 

 

Unless otherwise arranged by contacting our team, all orders will be shipped by ground service, and the courier may vary depending on your location. Canadian ground shipping times range from 1-5 days for most locations, with additional days for some remote locations. For US

locations, shipping times are from 2-10 days. If you need your order by a specific date or you just have a question on how long it will take for your order to get to you, please contact us and we can give you a more exact date. 

Your signature for a shipment verifies that your delivery was accepted in good condition. Each time you receive any order, it is good practice to:

1. Check that the correct number of packages have been delivered

2. Inspect all packages to ensure they are free from damage.

3. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign it.

4. Sign the delivery receipt “subject to inspection” if the driver will not wait for you to inspect the parcel.

5. Claims must be reported to Towels Direct via phone or email within 3 business days from receipt of goods.
