Towels Direct accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo, through Square’s secure credit card processing software. We can also accept Canadian payments through Interac E-transfers, though this would need to be done manually with ordering and billing done through email exchange. Your card/account will be charged upon checkout and confirmation emails will be sent accordingly. If your bank has declined your credit card, we will contact you by phone and/or email for payment information. If we are unable to reach you, we will cancel your order after three business days. We will not ship any order until payment has been received. Once payment has been received, orders will be released for shipping.
